I am in awe of my be-Luv-ed new cup; I just managed to fill my newest silicon cup to its full, up-to-the-holes 37.5 ml capacity with absolutely NO SPOTTING prior to actually reaching this maximum capacity. The closest cup I have to a goldilocks is the large Fleur, which is easy to insert, remove, clean, and creates an excellent, leak-free seal. It still runs a bit short on capacity (I'm a champion bleeder). I dream of a cup I can wear to sleep soundly through the night without getting up to empty it. I made a post a few weeks back about needing to go to the doctor to have my Diva Cup removed because I couldn't reach it to remove it myself. Someone mentioned checking out the Luv Ur Body cup because of the length. I'm just worried the diameter is going to be too large for me. So this is my first period using a reusable mentrual cup. I surprizingly have few issues with the cup. I do, however, have a problem. I have extremely heavy periods. I did not know how heavy until today, when my lunette model one filled and overflowed in one hour!!!! I received my large luvurbody today. I love it. Absolutely in love with the green shade and flowers! The bag is also gorgeous. Because it is soft it was easy to slip inside. How do I know when my cup is full? Does it leak? I'm a bit paranoid because my tampons always did.

My small 20 ml Diva doesn't leak even during yoga, but it's too firm and crampy. I want to try a softer cup, but would that mean 1. I can't be in certain positions because leaking, 2. that it might leak more, and 3. that my muscles might scrunch it up and lower the capacity?
